“Wonderful hotel! Great customer appreciation night every Wednesday for pizza dinner, daily breakfast & popcorn, friendly staff, decent rooms & FREE laundry! However if I’m being more critical i am a bit of aclean freak & would say the house keeping could use some work, they didnt always do a thorough clean wether it be not doing the bedding to not wiping the counters/ toilet they often forgot something leaving me slightly frustrated after a long day of work having to go down and ask for a more thorough clean the next day”

“I really loved my stay here. I'm traveling with my dog and they are pretty friendly. All the staff i interacted with were very professional. I got a jacuzzi sweet, the Arabian room, really fun to walk in to see the big 4 poster bed and kitchen suite. The jacuzzi tub sits in the corner, perfect size for 2 pple. It's separate from the bathroom tub. Room was extremely clean. Lots of fluffy towels. I hope i can stay here again.”

“I love this place. The rooms are nice, the bed very comfy, and a nice duvet with memory foam pillows. The wifi is fast, and you get a full kitchenette with a real stove and oven and a house size fridge with freezer, not those little bar fridges you see everywhere else. I almost forgot, the complementary breakfast is much better than most that offer this service, much better than the Super 8 that's right across from this place. Front desk staff were also very courteous. When I'm in Fort St John BC, which is all the time, this is my go to place to stay.”

“It's the off-season (early March), so the prices were attractive. The selection of rooms was excellent. The service was good - as we expected. The breakfast buffet was fine: hot eggs, potatoes, meat abd waffles; instant oatmeal, cold cereal, yogurt, fruit, muffins, rolls, buns, bread, toast and bagels; coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and fruit juices. (I'm sure I've forgotten something.)”

“My family and I had to stay in Fort St John for over a week in order to have our baby. They went above and beyond for accommodations and making us comfortable in our stay. Our room had a full kitchen and was extremely clean. The complimentary breakfast was different every day and there were lots of choices. I had inquired about decaf coffee and they had run out so the general manager went out and personally brought me decaf K cups to use in my room. She had seen us and our two boys in the hotel so she also brought them two dinosaur stuffed animals for them to play with as we awaited our new arrival. Eleanor went above and beyond with making our stay at the hotel comfortable and I would be happy to stay there again.”
